A fourth grade at the Hennigan School in Jamaica Plain, Pena is accidentally shot and killed in the family’s home on Morton Street by his 14-year-old brother. Neighbor Debra Brown subsequently says, “It shouldn’t have to be this way. They should get rid of these guns. There’s too many of us dying – and too young.”
